This is one of the basic armor sets without a costume, for those who are wondering.

Frost is wrong about that, as none of the basic armors will give the exact look.
This is a costume and was first released on korean and japanese servers. Not sure if it ever made to the EU and NA servers. Over at reddit there is one which says it was from the christmas gift boxes, others have it about limited japanese release and there is one which says it’s called purnado.
