I got it from the marketplace (NA). I’ll update when I find the source – guessing it’s a cooking quest reward (one of the “craft beer” quests), a random drop, or a chance reward from crafting beer.
I’ve been trying to snipe one off the auction house, but no luck. Tried stealing, too, and I’ve gotten plates of food and such, but haven’t found anything else really. Have you also seen the hanging cauldron? I can’t find it on the site here either.

I haven’t. Supposedly it’s a possible drop from stealing from NPCs. Can’t confirm that though. 🙁
